Amaris
This beautiful beauty is my cat Amaris. She is the Queen of the house and the true inspiration for our company name.
Though she mostly goes by her many nick names such as Mars, Bee-bah, Mar-Mar, Marzipan, Mars Bars, Marmalade, Marmaduke...basically I have no self control and call her by what ever name comes to mind at the time that rhymes with her general name lol...She's the queen and answers by them all lol.
You can usually find her hanging out in a window enjoying the view and chirping at the birds (yes, she chirps,) playing with strings, or begging Lisa for more treats every time she enters the kitchen. She's a spoiled queen and we love her so incredibly much!
Lisa
There are moments in life when the world feels immovable, when answers hide in shadows and all you can do is wait. Lisa refused to accept that. Her hunger for truth, empowerment, and spiritual clarity became the spark that ignited The Amaris House.
A lifelong intuitive and effervescent ball of energy, Lisa has spent years blending personal empowerment, metaphysical practice, and ancient wisdom into modern life. Her journey has taken her through countless religions, magical traditions, and spiritual philosophies pulling on the golden threads of truth that tie them all together.
Never one to sit still, she has worn many magical hats:

She has appeared in magazines, books, newspapers, and television documentaries all while building communities, uplifting others, and keeping a fierce devotion to activism. A veteran of progressive movements, Lisa has lent her voice to anti-war causes, environmentalism, anti-nuclear work, animal welfare, and the empowerment of women and children. For her, spirituality isn’t an escape, it’s a tool for meaningful change.
At the heart of everything she creates is one mission:
to make people feel seen, supported, inspired, and just a little more magical.
With warmth, humor, intuition, and a spark that refuses to dim, Lisa is the rare kind of witch who transforms both the ordinary and the extraordinary into something bright, hopeful, and profoundly human.
Kayla
Kayla has been a practicing witch since childhood....long before she knew that not everyone organized their crayons by elemental correspondence or left offerings for the backyard faeries. For her, magic has always been less of a hobby and more of a default operating system.
Endlessly creative, she thrives in any artistic modality that lets her hands stay busy and her imagination even busier. Paint, herbs, ink, incense, digital art....if it can be shaped, stirred, blended, carved, brewed, or charmed, Kayla has probably already experimented with it (and made it look effortless).
Her greatest passion is weaving ancient wisdom into modern tools creating spellwork, rituals, and products that honor the Old Ways while embracing the beautifully chaotic world we live in now. She finds magical inspiration everywhere: in grocery store aisles, in old books, in moonlit windows, and yes… even in the mundane moments most people overlook.
Kayla is the kind of witch who can turn a simple Tuesday into a ritual, who laughs easily, dreams often, and sees potential where others only see clutter. She brings heart, humor, intuition, and a spark of mischief to everything she creates.
Kayla also has a gift for translating the intangible—feelings, symbols, energies—into something beautifully physical. Whether she’s crafting a bespoke spell bottle or designing artwork for The Amaris House, she pours intention into every tiny detail. People often say her creations “feel alive,” which makes perfect sense… she treats her art like it has a soul.
And while she’s wise beyond her years, she’s also delightfully human: the kind of witch who will talk to her plants like old friends, cry over a really good song, and suddenly reorganize an entire room at 2 a.m. because the energy “felt off.” Her magic is grounded, joyful, mischievous, compassionate—and unmistakably her own.

We created this space as a home for our beliefs, our legacy, and our ongoing personal evolution because we are firm believers that spiritual work doesn’t have a finish line. It’s more like a lifelong group project where you can’t actually fail… but participation is required.
